What are you considering an error?
A Doubled DIe is a variety.
Please point out where you see doubling to help us help you.

I'm not seeing any doubling of note when I enlarge these pics. The letter I of IN seems to have taken a hit which is roughly oriented with the long axis of the letter. There may be a whisper of Machine Doubling on the R and U of TRUST. No split serifs though.

Since this quarter looks (lightly) circulated I don't think that there is a premium over face value.

Given the images posted, I'm not seeing any doubling. Alas, we can only look at the pics as provided--Flash313 can look at it in-hand. So at this point, I'm thinking the coin is worth a full 25 cents.

Looks like 'LIB is wider, but that maybe from a slight Grease Fill on those devices. But I see nothing doubled. The 1965 DDO looks like this:
1965-Die-Error-?-Or-What-Grade-State-Would-It-Be-Considered-To-Be?-DDO-Any-Value
1965-Die-Error-?-Or-What-Grade-State-Would-It-Be-Considered-To-Be?-DDO-Any-Value
1965-Die-Error-?-Or-What-Grade-State-Would-It-Be-Considered-To-Be?-DDO-Any-Value
1965-Die-Error-?-Or-What-Grade-State-Would-It-Be-Considered-To-Be?-DDO-Any-Value
This coin example has Machine Doubling and a DDO. But note the spread on other devices that show more hub doubling on this die? So I feel just a slight Grease Fill issue on the area I mentioned. On hub doubling, it usually affects a larger area. So I feel that is what you are seeing on your coin.
