I think it makes F15 and looks to be a nice, original coin and has not been conserved or cleaned.

I wouldn't be ashamed of it!

The blue and purple color progressions have me questioning the originality of this piece. Possibly old cleaning and heavy toning that hide the problems? I would assume old cleaning if I was buying from these pictures.

I would not be 100% confident from these pics, but I wouldn't mind taking a chance if the price was worth it. If it is full retail+ I would wait for another opportunity, even though these dollars are tough to find nice. I have been looking for a couple for myself during the past few months.

The carbon spot by the 1 would bother me.

she might have cleaned decades ago but looks market acceptable and should grade straight. obv closer to F15 reverse VF25. i'd feel comfortable netting her at VF20 as the obverse most likely is a weaker strike and the rev should hold the grade

I would be perfectly happy to have an example such as this in my collection.
Provided the price is right.
Do due diligence on price research and the integrity of the seller, (as you should with all coins).

VF20/25 I would take a chance on it based on TV photos.

Weak VF I suppose. Lacks curb appeal to me.

This one has the look of an old cleaning that had retoned. Obverse is weaker than the reverse. VF20 obv, VF25 rev. Net VF20, likely got a pass for the old cleaning as many of these do, but I wonder how this one looks in hand, obverse fields look like it has some hairlines present.

Does this have $600 dollar eye appeal . I'll admit I like the look from these pics . The other seller pics are hard to see .

I would not be super happy owning this one for $600. If you really like it, buy it. If you hesitant at all, don't buy it. You should be very happy with the coins in your collection. More deals will always come in the future if you keep at it.

$600 is F-12 money. Locating an original choice coin for the grade is a difficult task. Good luck.

Not in at $600!
Obverse appears to have PMD at K5
Gradewise tops out around F12-F15 if you are considering the lack of detail on the shield to be strike related.

The toning doesn't concern me, looks about the same as a lot of other old Liberty Seated dollars I've seen.

I do not think the rim hit at 5 looks bad enough to affect the grade .

Hit? Looks more like a dig/hole to me. Could just be the photos.
