Looks like a linear plating bubble.

This is the Canadian Forum, have asked that it be moved.

That is not a 1, it is a linear plating bubble, not uncommon on zincoins.

@trev, very often, but not always, these linear plating bubbles can be depressed with the tip of a wooden toothpick.
