My uncle had an incredible eye. Here he indicated a "spur" which I believe is a die chip based on previous submissions? There are raised areas on the reverse, right side leaves, to the right of the top leaf and also between the two leaves right below that between the leaves and the stem. Is my diagnosis of die chip correct?

Also added another of same date coin with a "berry" or die chip between leaves.

Assuming you mean "Chips", please correct your title.

Yes, die chips (more than one).

I see three die chips. The forth overs the two LL from dullard I am not sure. In 1995 some dies was re-polish and put to work again what give those chips. Those dies was the majority for anvil.

You have a nice clean coin. Mention: reuse of anvils was present in all strikes.
