It was not very hard to rebuild my Penny Type Set

I'm not super picky on the grade, so it didn't take long nor was it expensive

I will admit that my older type collection was not a encompassing as Intercept Shield's version of the "7070" set so in a way I am glad to revisit this part of my coin collection journey

It always good when your collections "evolve"

Don't beat me up on the quality of the photo

Your photo is very nice - unless your camera edited out 3 coins by accident..

It is a nice set so far.

Nice. Does the 1943 cent look re-plated to anyone else?

It isn't replated

I look for rough inexpensive coins for my typoe set because I polish them

I'll probably get flamed for that but once I buy them they are mine and I have zero intention of re-selling them down the road

I didn't have any luck at the gun show because most of the coin dealers had their own show a couple blocks away

I didn't find any of the nickles I wanted but I did get 2 Coronet Large Cents - an 1830 and an 1850

I also picked up an 1891 dime and an 1855 quarter and 3 more commemorative silver dollar proofs

So it was worth the trip

Apparently there is a huge show in Raliegh in a couple weeks

I'm going to try to get to it
