Heys opinions on this 54 I've had for decades? I watched all of Coop's very educational videos last & gave myself carpal tunnel writing down every coin that passed! His eyelid is very prominent under a jewelers loupe. You'd think a $1500 phone could take better pics, so just bare with me until I can get a camera!

@dan, rather than buying a new camera, consider some of the advice in this thread about using cell phone for numismatic photography:

For your coin, I think we need a really good closeup of the eyelid.

There are a couple out there but I'm with the others, need better pics. On this date/mm there is some separation with the listed ones though and yours looks like it may have taken a hit, with the pics given.

Have to admin, it is hard to tell with the pics provided. But I don't think it is the phone that is the problem, the lighting is giving too much glare back to the lens. Try holding the phone up about 1214 inches from the coin and using the Zoom function on it.
All the pictures I have taken was by my cell phone. take a look at my signature an see a few of my topics that I have posted and the quality of the images. It just takes a lot of practice to get a nice quality picture.

Looks like coin contact on that area. Note the mark is incuse. 99% of the incuse marks on coins are damage. Just what happens when coin is in circulation.
