Having seen pictures of other RPM"s from this angle , I am still a little
confused? Coop has said Machine Doubling (mostly likely correct 99% chance) . Looking from this angle has me puzzled. Hoping you guys would take another look. Full pictures are in previous thread.

If this were to be an RPM and top D moved toward 1 or 2 o'clock , would that be Northeast. Which one decides direction original or repunched?

In Green I thought that was MD, Trying to clear this up in my head?

I know it's a repeat thread but at least I may be able to clear up direction?
Coop said it happened on 1981 and some 82 coins. When I looked on other coins from this roll. None looked like this, where you could see a split between top and bottom mintmark.
