I cannot tell anything from this pic but there are several doubled dies for this year.

The doubling you think you see on the "face", may be channeling/trenching, it was common for this time period.

You may also have a lamination

I see no evidence of channeling on the OP's coin. Just a contact mark on the jaw. Channeling back then look more like this on the fields:

This was done to enhance the dies swollen spreading of the master hub. Thus the master dies had been altered to show this channeling to enhance the edge of the bust design. Sometimes it was seen on the head area also:

But as the dies were polished, the channeling marks that were incuse on the die, were polished off, then parts of the enhancement would disappear. Note on the head area, there outside lines are missing, but the closer marks are still showing. So die state shows this on the fresher die states, when polishing happened, more and more would go away totally. Thus why you don't see it any longer on the affected dies.

Not good enough. Your first pic was better. If you are serious about getting help, you need to put up clean, clear pics. Maybe it is not be that important to you, it was me, so I did the work and research, in figuring out how to, without it costing an arm and a leg. Try harder, take time to take multiple pics and find out what else is out there, that is cost effective for you, to help us, help you. When I first started, I would take twenty or thirty pics, before I was somewhat happy with one. Take pride in what you do, no matter what it is.
