I am new to exploring for errors, so I may miss a lot, but this looks much different to me, and I figured maybe others have seen the same. I haven't been able to find another example online so far. It may be normal, but looks like doubling on bottom of bust and up front side, also there appears to be doubling in United States of America, mostly detectable in America. Opinions?

I am probably wrong, but the more I look at this coin through my loupe, the more it looks like there is something else stamped on obverse right side, but I cannot make anything out clearly.

It can't be a Cud, a Cud involves the rim. What you have is a broken post on the 9.
I don't see any sign of a Doubled Die. This one is a spender.

Looks like maybe DDD and a die chip on the 9. Also, there is a difference between an error and a variety. Feel free to use the glossary on the left side of page.

Not a Cud (it's not on the coins edge), the 9 has a die chip or a broken post.

with Merclover - broken post on the 9, allowing the metal to flow into the hole made when it broke off.

Die chip. Why is this not a broken post issue?
A broken post only happens on closed devices. The 6 and 9 on Lincoln cents are not closed. So they can't have a broken post. Unly a die chip on this coin.
High light the blank space to see the answer to the question.
