F12 seems like a fine grade to me
Love the color and surfaces
The small nicks might pop a damaged grade at a TPG but I kind of doubt it given their leniency with bust coinage in general

F15 not sure if she grades straight with that ding at OBV K12 and maybe another one under the star at K10 plus the small one across the breast

I'd say F-12. The rim damage is more concerning to me than the obverse hits, but a nice looking coin.

F Details, 98 code (damage). I agree with F-12 as the underlying technical grade. The obverse rim knock at 6:00 is the most troubling ding, but there are others over the head, on the cap, and just west of stars 9 and 11. The scratches on the portrait are typical for the grade.

Overall, decent eye appeal and the most important thing is that it is a coin that you like.
