Second, I agree that this cent is showing signs of Ridge Ring, which is an indication that the die that struck it was tired. This isn't a mint error and adds nothing to the coin's value. Added: can you please add the date and mint of this coin to the thread? Including that information helps with the search functionality of the website. Thx!
