J.E.B. are the initials of SIr Joseph Edgar Boehm, designer of the jubilee coinage.

There are three varieties of this coin, based on the spacing of the letters in J.E.B., which is I assume what you're asking about. Looking at this website for comparison pics, I'd reckon yours is "Normal".
