Good morning all. I have this 95D that had strong doubling on the obverse and reverse. I know this is very unlikely but I need the communities help in this one. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a Die Deterioration Doubling on devices stronger on the date.

Yes, appears to be Die Deterioration doubling--particularly on the date. Not terribly uncommon.
