A good example of Machine Doubling.

Most people here use their cameras built into their phone's. Keep practicing, maybe not using your external attachment? I have an iPhone 13 Pro which takes excellent close ups. There is a whole section here on CCF on coin photography if you're interested.

I agree with Merclover, what you see is MD or Machine Doubling. Your pictures are fine, always room for improvement though. Practice with your camera and the zoom function, just keep lighting in mind so there is no glare to obscure the details on your images.

What to look for when determining a doubled die and Machine Doubling.

This is going to take me some time to learn. They look pretty much the same to me. Practice and patience.
