is this doubling on the letters especially o and f in of and C in America
and on the observe there is a line over trust

If this is a dime, it's definitely a major error. Looks perfectly normal for a cent though.

It is a cent not a dime. Looks like DDD to me and some split copper plating.

Just a well worn die. The line looks like the start of a Ridge Ring
which is also caused by worn dies. Nothing special.

That was my first thought - actually had to scroll back up to title then back to the image to clear out the cobwebs.

On OF, the Machine Doubling that caused the split plating looks like the plating was move slightly on that area. This is not a doubled die as there is not hub doubling present, just the plating was moved a slight amount. That is what you are seeing. Focus on the width of the devices on the centers of them. Not on the outside edges of the devices. If there we that much of a spread, then all the other devices would be showing the same thing. That is not the case on your coin.
