Here my question Clearly you can see the 2 in this picture is double over and that the 2 curve the same as a small date 2
1982-D-With-A-Large-Date-Over-A-Small-Date-On-The-2 here's a small date 2 right
1982-D-With-A-Large-Date-Over-A-Small-Date-On-The-2 as well as the 8 to
1982-D-With-A-Large-Date-Over-A-Small-Date-On-The-2 and when I do a line from the 1 to the 2 like a small date

Just a 1982 large date zinc cent with some linear plating issue under the plating on that digit. Check to see if any exposure of zinc happen on that area next to the '2'. If so, then it is zinc rot. Not an Large or small date coin. If it were, then all the other devices would be affected with both designs on all the devices, not just that one isolated area. Just a bubble:

They happen.

with Coop on this, but add a possibility of MD on the left side of the 2 to compound the appearance of the date.

Can't be, the small 2 is in the wrong position plus the other numbers would also be affected, not just the two..

To be a 2 over 2, it would have to be on the striking die.
If this was the case, their probably would be close to a million minted.
If this was the case, I'm sure it would have been discovered by now.
If you still think you have such a variety, send it out to be attributed
and show us the results.

Flash313... If you feel you have a legit, very unique error, consider submitting the coin to a reputable third party grading/assessment service. If you do, please let us know the outcome. Thanks.

Fairly certain you don't have an over date here, but please do send it in if you feel it is something special - and please let us know what the results are, so we all may learn about this.

If it were a DDO, then all the devices could be affected, not just one digit:
