As asked I'm posting all my inherited coins as separate threads for grading. Also, I'm not a coin collector, so it would be helpful if I could get a dollar amount estimate to go along with the grade.

The 1813 Capped Bust half dollar grades close to vf35 with a strong strike on the eagle but weaker strike on the motto on the banner above the eagle which is missing a few letters. The bust half is worth about $450. Also very original and in demand by collectors.

Another VF+ from me. But a darn nice, unmolested VF+. We should use these coins as examples of what to buy!

grandpap knew what he was looking for. all of these coins are really clean examples with no major issues
another typical weak strike. VF35 and XF40 would not surprise me $400-450 range

This 1811 Capped Bust half dollar is the popular O-101 variety, with a rarity of R-2, 500-1000 known examples. The special thing about this variety is that it has the letters UNI punched underneath the 50 C. This was an accident by John Reich, the engraver at the mint. Reich had the die upside down when he started to punch the first letters of UNITED in the wrong place. He soon realized his mistake, and covered it with the correct numerals, 50 C. This was one of Reich's "oops" days, but his eyesight was starting to diminish by this time. At a grade of VF-30, this popular variety has an estimated value of about $500 as-is.

On a good day this one gets in a EF-40. Beautiful very marketable coin. Value around $500 as others have said. A little more if slabbed with an EF-40 designation. I just bought this variety last month. 50C./UNI. Mine is not near as pristine.

Considering the weak areas of the strike, I think this one makes EF-40.
