Hello Coin Community!

Sorry for my 6ish months absence, my life was pretty hectic and still is if I'll be frank. I finally graduated and have been met with the factors of adulthood, which I'm still getting used to.

I've moved back from Oman and am now in Florida, back at home. Hopefully this will give me MUCH more time to invest in the forum once again, but I will also remain busy with College, a part-time job, etc. But I shall try nonetheless!

It's currently 6 AM or so for me, so I thought I'd make this post now, because jetlag has no time for the weary apparently.

Anyway, before I disappeared, I ended up sending Mr. Wexler 5 Lincoln cents, them being some interesting coins, and a couple that were odd to the eye on here.

It's worth noting that Mr. Wexler is quite busy, and because of such, the new listings will not be on his website for a little bit.

The first, and in my opinion, best submission/find was a coin I found CRHing:

http://goccf.com/t/403039

I assumed this to be a DDO-001, but it was not a match. And so now, it is WDDO-002!

A couple other of the coins were successes, such as a new listing for the 2021 LSC, that being WDDO-011.

However there was one coin that was called into question that we on the forum were somewhat unsure about:

http://goccf.com/t/402920

Wexler has labeled this as a die gouge, rather than a DDR.

So all in all, I am quite happy with the turnout, especially the new 1989-D WDDO!

I hope all of you are doing fantastic, I've missed you all greatly! I promise now that I'm back home, I will remain more active, I just need to get through the first couple of months so I can balance college with work.

Thank you all!

Very nice to hear from you again and sounds like you've accomplished quite a lot since you've been gone. I look forward to seeing your future finds/picks/purchases! Glad to have you back.

Thank you so much everyone! It warms my heart to hear all these kind words from my friends!

Got quite a bit done yesterday. Bought my first car, got a bank account, and a lot more!

Haha indeed Dearborn, co-signed a 6 year loan with Ford, along with insurance so here comes the "fun!"

Thank you very much Dearborn!

(Also applied for my first job today as well!)

Yeah, unfortunately with living overseas and moving around every two years, I haven't been able to experience a lot of the customary things such as getting a car at 16 or getting a job as soon as you reach the hiring age.

It's all hitting me at once unfortunately as I've just moved back to the US, but I guess that's just how things are, one of the costs of not being in the States for your entire teenage life.
