I was wondering if anyone has ever seen these before. I looked all over for information on them awhile ago, even the Camp Moore Museum had never seen one! That was before I found this site (and of course before I sold them)I haven't a clue what they are worth, and afraid to find out. Just wondering if anyone has any information and thought you might like to see them. By the way, this is my 50th Post!

those are sure interesting. I can't tell you what they may be worth but the experts most likely can.

Congrats on your 50th post as well.

I think what you have there are 2 passes given to someone who would be visiting a soldier in the camp. It was a way of keeping records of who was coming and going. The other 2 pieces, I believe to be an abbreviated enlistment form used in the later days of the war when the Confederacy was getting desperate. The passes, if all writing is still readable is worth $35-$70 depending on your location. As for the other 2 I would say $10-$15 as that is what I see them go for around here in Eastern North Carolina.

Tim, I think he's showing the front and back of only two separate items.

Given that the oaths on the back don't appear to be signed, I assume these particular ones were "unissued".
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
