Looking through my pennies and saw this one. Is this anything note worthy?

I thought it might be doubled a little but I'm still really new to this so I thought I'd ask some experts :)

@dan, I'm glad you have reached out so that you can learn more. The apparent doubling toward the rim is Die Deterioration Doubling, which brings no extra value as it just means the die was a little tired when it was used to strike this coin. I also see some evidence of the copper plating being stretched so thin that the underlying zinc is now visible. That is what you are seeing next to the letters L,I, and R of LIBERTY. Again, no premium for this.

with DDD - note how the doubling you see are leading towards the rim on both sides. that is a sign that the die is stretching and spreading the letter out some. True doubling wont spread out in 2 different directions. they may rotate CW or CCW but not like your coin.
On a side note - the horizontal lines on your coin may be 'roller lines' created what the zinc core was rolled out to get the proper thickness before getting punched out in to planchets.

It's a "nah" from me I'm afraid. DDD as pointed out, but it adds no extra value.

In future postings, we ask fo entire full photos and the whole coin, both sides, please, and just one or two close ups of areas of interest. If we need more we'll ask for them. Thanks.

This die is just beginning to show DDD. It gets a lot worse as the dies are continues to be used.

But on some of these coins you can see this on the obverse and reverse as well. Just die events. Not a die variety. Just a stage they go through as the dies age.
