Hello Coin Community,

Have had this coin for a while. Kept it because it looked a lot different than my other 36-P's, but I am not able to find a CLEAR matching DDO on Variety Vista.

The condition of the coin might have something to do with that, but I feel the extra thickness on the date is a clear indicator that something more is happening here other than circulation wear.

Very curious of your thoughts, and as always, very much appreciate your feedback!

On the date, it looks like circulation flattening, not a DDO,
A full coin image both obverse and reverse would be nice to see.
That green stuff looks bad - was this coin stored in plastic?

I agree with circulation flattening. Did you check the other two sites?

Circulation flattening from me as well. Not a DDO, not an error coin, do not collect $200.

It has the broken leg R, but not the DDO.

The E and R looks like they just took a nice hit and flattened them down to the field. You can see more of that hit just below the bottom horizontal bar of the E.

The broken 'R' is from a broken working hub. Not the variety, just a normal die example of the broken hub issue. The carbon spot is a bad very thing on the coin. So it is just a Wheat cent.
