Appears to be Die Gouges or Feeder Finger Damage above Roosevelts head on the inside portion of the Rim at the twelve o'clock position. There are approximately six Die Gouges/Feeder Finger Damage grouped together. I photographed different angles of the coin. The top of the coins Rim remained flush and the reeds at the edge of the coin were not affected. The full photograph of the coin that shows the Obverse illustrates a detailed view of the strike while zooming in. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Die gouges would be raised on a coin, since the gouge is incused on the die - same goes for Feeder Finger Damage
your coin just looks damaged to me.
It looks like another reeded coin scraped into this one at a very low angle
The marks do look like Reed Marks to me

The damage alters the rim, pushing it outwards away from the rest of the rim. Still a silver melt coin. So it has some value.
