Tomorrow I will look to see the year approx. by the design. You go to much in years expectation. IS clad or silver? the side of the coin tell you.

By the design I will say 1986 1987. The head is definitively an 1987 but was see also of strike of the end of 1986. The reverse is go much larger period of time and include 1986 and 1987. Hope help but is missing the mint mark.

Do is not a silver coin? If yes the head it is the design of 1944.

It's a clad quarter, if you look close at around 12oclock-2 you can see the copper on the rim.
