that's more DDD, MD is very common so you should not have trouble finding an example

Not DDD. This is from the older style multi hub die creation. On the DDD on the single squeeze dies, you would be the area towards the closest rim on the fields showing the extreme die affect on the single squeeze dies. Die wear is on both types of dies. DDD shows on the fields on the single squeeze dies. On the older style dies, the fields is where the DDD is seen. Not the case for this nickel.
