I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Full but weak "LIBERTY" combined with just a little bit of detail in the laurel wreath lands it at a F-12 for me. I'm not sure if the coin would be marked as cleaned, given the somewhat lighter spot just above "ONE DIME." Take my opinion with a grain of salt, as I'm nowhere near a coin grading expert.
