Sacagawea Dollar Any Thoughts Are Appreciated. (2000 D)

Looking at it I noticed a mark that I assumed was a scratch but taking a closer look noticed it was something more a die chip perhaps. I'd like to know your thoughts on it. But it it doesn't move with a push from a wood object, it maybe a chip. But I doubt it. I feel it is moved metal. (Note the missing area to the SE of that area) If just coin damage it is a spender.
