Found this super circulated Sacagawea dollar. Looking at it I noticed a mark that I assumed was a scratch but taking a closer look noticed it was something more a die chip perhaps. I'd like to know your thoughts on it. Did the pics the best I could trouble with lighting.

I see some damage and perhaps a minor insignificant die chip. Very common die event, no added value.

could be a die chip, but it is possible could be damage too - I see that nasty scrape in the same vicinity that seems to be heading in that direction.

It maybe moved metal. If so, it could be moved off that area with the one that looks like it is raised. But it it doesn't move with a push from a wood object, it maybe a chip. But I doubt it. I feel it is moved metal. (Note the missing area to the SE of that area) If just coin damage it is a spender. If it is a chip, there is probably no premium for that either.
