@ema, I'm not 100% sure I see where you are talking about. That might be a linear plating bubble below the N in ONE on the rev.

Not sure where you are referring to.
If you are talking below the N in ONE, that is a Spence said a linear plating bubble.
If you are referring to the area below the NT, that is just a stain.
I see no sign of Feeder Finger Damage.

Usually the Feeder Finger Damge is on the left lower side of the shield flowing NE on the right side of the design:

This is a mild example, but that is the direction for the cents designs to appear on the Feeder Finger Damge.

Look at the lines that continue down from the bottom of the shield to the collar. They are not incase and they line up with the lines in the shield. Sorry I can't get the pictures to come out clearly. Some lines match up and some dont.

Test to see if a toothpick flattens that area. Of so it is a gas bubble. If it doesn't collapse, then it would be die scratches on that area on on the die. But it appears to run through the rim area? So it might coin coin scratches? Either way there is no premium for the coin. Just an answer to what happened.
