I see a normal coin that is stained. Post mint damaged.

Some sort of environmental toning.
It didn't look like that when it was struck.

Wondering if we may be seeing something akin to roller lines on the obverse. Wouldn't bring additional value in my opinion, just curious.

Also note the two dies are different die states. The obverse was over polished, so the thickness of the strike may have been reduced on the obverse. The reverse looks like a normal strike from an earlier die state die. (Not EDS though) I agree with the stains, rolling lines that we see on this coin. Just a spender, but knowing what happened helps us sleep better at night. Knowing this we can move on to the next coin.
