Looks legit but hard to tell from photo. Has the right look of a curved clip. Pretty nice if genuine. It would definitely have value. Not sure what that would be.

How do you count the number of clips on a coin? I have a half dollar that has at least 2 small curved clips, but also has two additional areas where there was not enough metal to form a rim. How may clips would that be?
