EF-40 as is , should look decent with the conservation .

i think Vcare will clean it up pretty good. my concern is that the appears to be some corrosion spots especially on the reverse. cleaning it will most likely highlight these.

Kopper Ken, not sure. I'll know more when it arrives. It was bargain priced (that always raises a red flag) but worth the gamble so nothing will surprise me.

Dealer said he couldn't find the correct coin so just shipped what he had. ebay handle mahin888.

The first coin pictured is VF because the lower curl merges with the ribbon without any separation. The second pic of what you received is no better than VG and actually I would call it G-6. A difference of two or three full grades? That is unacceptable. Is this an ebay dealer and if so would you kindly share the name so we know who to avoid?
