I'm hoping the reverse photo is not really true to in-hand. the surfaces look washed out.

MS63 maybe 64 depending on the reverse which I think is weakly struck. three components are required for FH designation. 3 defined leaves in the hair (check), brow separation from hair (check), ear indication must be present (not sure) based on these I can go FH maybe a closeup of that area would help

Couple more pics, tried a close up of the head, and better shot of reverse. Photography isn't my profession. Thanks to all for the opinions. I think this one gets submitted all agree?

From these pictures and being conservative with the grade I would call it MS-63 and nearly full head but not quite. It is so close to FH however, and grading opinion may change with actual coin in hand and proper lighting. A very pleasing SLQ for sure!

The FH on coin week shows the top of her cap right up to the bottom of
a denticle . OP's coin there is substantial space there .

MS-63 FH
Could the die crack on the reverse from U in UNITED to the wing indicate a LDS? Central elements seem to be softer on both the obverse and reverse...but the FH still shows nicely.
