MS64 for me as well. Subdued obverse luster keeps it back from 65. Overall strike is solid, softness of some of the obverse devices is due to a later die state. Significant polishing noticeable under the jaw and neckline. Metal flow from Die Deterioration is noticeable on the back of the neck, jawline, and along the rim below the date.
Also appears to be some rim weakness from K3-K5, possibly a slight tapered planchet. Might be more obvious with a side shot.
Nice coin. Can't go wrong with a nice T1 Buff.
