Hey Everyone,
I'm going to break the rules a little on this one. I recently found 2 different 1955 P RIDBs. Since they are the same year and have die breaks in the same general location I figured I'd post the pictures in the same post. I'm such a rebel :-)

Yes, those Philly mint '55 cents are known for cracked skulls--some exotic. Nice examples.

Very nice RIDB on those 1950's coins. Used the dies until they gave up. I like the cracked skulls. Those are toward the most extreme end.

Yeah I believe I checked and if I remember correctly they aren't listed yet on Cuds on Coins. I'll submit once I have a chance. I'm sure JC is getting tired of my emails. I've sent him 8 submissions over the last month or two, though these would be my first RIDB submissions.

Also agreed, 1955 was a crazy year for these things. The die wear on "In God We Trust" on that first coin really tells the tale. They rode those dies crazy hard.
