Please explain what is a Fs66.
Gradewise this coin would grade MS-63 IMO.

MS (Mint State) is used for grading business strike coins (followed by a numerical grade of 1 thru 70).

FS is a designation for varieties used by the " Cherry Pickers Guide". (Followed by their unique numbering system)

FS can also stand for full steps on an LWC.

the hit across the steps would eliminate that designation.

MS63 or a long shot at MS64 color probably RB but these photos are difficult to assess that.

copper coins have all kinds of interesting color combinations as copper is reactive to various environmental factors

I'd say MS-64RD tops.

Agree with all above. Grade-wise I'm thinking MS64. Like the toning--2x2 worthy.

Nice coin and color but the hit on steps holds from a 65 . MS-64RD .
