This still looks like AU details, cleaned or polished. There is no luster showing (while the 63-D you posted does show luster, presumably with the same lighting).

Crappy pics, I know both these coins are uncirculated. I can't speak to the cleaning, this coin 1932 looks a bit shiny to me. Honestly, I have no experience looking for cleaned coins. I know what happens when a coin is cleaned, I just don't fully understand the affect. I'm going to try a few RB & BR today just to see if that has any difference in the image. Thank you all for the insight.

It looks like there is slight wear on Lincoln's cheekbone, beard, hair, and wheat stalks, which is why I'm not convinced it's uncirculated. A shiny coin without cartwheel luster often suggests a past cleaning. Try comparing the coin with other Lincoln cents that have some red mint luster, and try photographing some other BU cents in the same lighting to see the difference.
