i pretty sure that this is a doubled die on my 1953 P penny but I want to make sure is it one or no and how much would it be worth if it is one

@pris, common date circulated wheat cents (like this one) are worth somewhere around 3-5 cents. No bump up in value for the MD.

Remember that Machine Doubling will be step-like in appearance and reduce the width of the design elements.

Note the areas you are looking at. You looking on the outside/inside areas of the devices. You need to look at the centers of the devices. Check out this link
On a Wheat cent DDR what should I look for first on these coins?

Classic Machine Doubling. Worth the bulkqq1 wholesale value of wheaties, approximately 3 cents for each CENT.
