Hello Everyone, so ive been collecting coins for a few years now but only unciculated stuff. I want to start collecting circulated stuffbut I'm not sure how to get the rolls or bags.
I live in WA and as far as I know there arent any roll dispensing machines here in WA and I'm not sure if banks will exchanges cash for rolls/bags here I know woolworths/coles stopped doing it when they started selling the coin albums.
i guess the first question being where in WA would I locate coin rolls/bags (the ram coin rolls seem to only be year specific coins and not ranodom years like I see people post about online)
amd the second question would be is there a chart somewhere some one could share with me that has the roll/bag sizes ? Edited by Karabeep 07/30/2022 11:34 pm

Karabeep I answered pretty much the question you're asking about half way down the first page of this thread: http://goccf.com/t/419886&whichpage=1My advice is opening accounts with multiple banks, so you can get and dump coins at different banks and not annoy the same tellers/managers all the time. Some banks are not fond of noodlers, while others will be friendly. You can buy VST albums on ebay etc, that have a pocket for each coin plus backing sheets with the mintage etc. Good luck and be warned: noodling is addictive.

I use a small suitcase with wheels and a pull up handle. That way people can't see what you have inside the suitcase.

Personally I just chuck the coins into my backpack when I'm at the bank going home for the day.
If I was at the bank to also deposit my coins I'd use whatever bag that held my coins to hold the rolls as well.

A small forklift is the go-to gadget for moving bulk coin rolls in and out of banks. I find the EP EFL181 a great compact unit that can easily fit through bank sliding doors and being electric it can be taken through indoor walkways. With 1.8t lift it can handle any job thrown at it by big time noodlers.
