The black arrows are on top which picture shows clearly and red arrows showing that in which got minted /struck over it ok first question is wouldn't this be a small date then and image of the reverse is definitely some doubling and if nun of this is truth then what I'm I seeing that you are

That is just a regular Large Date. Not quite sure of what your
question is but I don't see anything out of the ordinary.
The magnified picture is too blurry to see any detail.

It's a normal 82 large date from what I can see, the newest image looked like damage from a coin rolling machine or vending machine. Not seeing any doubled die and 100% large date.

I see large date with hit marks on top and bottom of 2. If you look at bulges that are shiny just in a little from your arrows, that is pushed up metal which may look like the 2 is split in some way to look like it is doubled. Now, that is what I see others may see something different and that is ok.

Incuse marks on the '2' is just damage to this normal large date cent. The devices are totally different on the small date cents:

I agree the pictures are far too blurry. But I think something is going on with the reverse - just can't tell with the pictures.
Please try to focus better and do NOT post up a screen shot of your scope or monitor, we need the actual picture .
