This came from the dollar store this morning. There's no FG and I believe this is a floating roof? Please let me know what y'all think of this coin. Also are coins like this valuable? Are these common? Thank you again for all the knowledge, I've learned so much since I signed up. Thank you.

Hard to say for sure from those photos but it looks like it could be a floating roof.
Notice that Lincoln is also missing which is another marker.
Not much value in these as they can happen on any year Memorial cent
and there are so many of them out there.
The major graders won't even grade them anymore.

Just an over polished die issue. This is common to find. At one time they started grading these, but stopped when they realized how common it is. When the die was fresh, every thing was was there. But to rescue the die, a heaving polishing many times, removed the sub devices on the design. This can rescue also be seen on obverse coins as well:
I feel this was an attempted rescue to remove Feeder Finger Damage that it removed that much of the design.

Possible over polishing to remove die clashes on this design can be seen on several different dies for this year.

Just die over polishing. Fan the flame on them to unload their stock, get graders to slab them, and then they make a attempt to cash in on these common die devices that happened to the die as they age.

Thanks. So the floating roof cent are they valuable? Is it just certain years? How is value determined?

As Jimmy stated above, they are plentiful. Just something somebody found to relieve unknowing people from their money. Just a sales pitch.
