Hello all, just got this 1987 P at the bank roll today. I thought it was a shield cent until I saw the date. No DDO or DDR but a really nice copper colored coin. Has some marks in the fields so I took a low light, high light pictures for comparison of the obverse/reverse for judgement of MS state. Let me know your thoughts and Regards all.

Tough call. Not less than AU-58, possibly 64/65RB.

Second set of photos looks like an MS-65RD.

Tend to agree with the above assessments. I'm thinking MS62-65. Very nice album hole filler until better comes along
Rest in Peace

Well second set of photos shows an EDS and nicer condition coin; so I'll say MS-64+RD .

I'm seeing wear...so AU-58...unless it was from a full roll of 1987s.
