on my 1950 D cent I'm probably grasping at straws but bit isn't a d over d is it and in the word god in the center of the o is that a small die chip or what because to me it looks like a picture of someone lol

I don't think that this is an RPM, more like circulation flattening and a few hits.
That could be a chip on the O or just a bright shiny spot.

May I ask to why this is a nice find?
I see a normal circulated Wheat cent with some contact marks and debris within the designs from circulation.
