@pris, with this amount of circulation wear and tear, it is a little hard to know for sure, but I suspect that all of these various bumps are explainable by damage rather than die chips.

Looks like a broken post on the MM, but other marks (as mentioned) are just normal circulation hits and dings.

Some of the devices can have flow lines affecting the devices, that as they age can make tails on the devices. Chips are usually on the fields or next to devices where a part breaks off of a die. This void, will be filled with the planchet during the strike and make a raised area where the void is on the die. These are just a die event. Not a premium for the coins.
