we need to see pictures to help you. You could be calling a collar clash,ridge ring, mad,rim fin,ect... a doubled rimmed, we do not know what you are seeing.

well that narrows it down to a MAD or off center. With a Rim Fin. but we need to see the obverse to find out for sure if it is an off center or MAD strike..

Well, for me that narrows it down to an off center strike. Thanks for posting up the images.
This off center is not off enough to bring in any kind of a premium - the devices (lettering) need to be falling off the edge to get increase in value.
