VF35 was my first thought. I can see it as an EF as well.

My first thought was XF-40. With that said, Standing Liberty coinage is not necessarily my forte when it comes to coin grading.

nfine, I'm with you on this one XVF-37.5. Too nice for a 35 and not nice enough reverse for a 40.
