I'm not sure about the RPM # but this is definitely not a 1060 dated coin :)

Between those two, the only one close is #99, but that doesn't look to be the one. Yours appears to be a bit SSE of #99. Also, #99 has a little [working hub?] bit sticking straight down from the bottom of the 1 and yours doesn't seem to have that marker.

VV99s mintmark is denoted by the blue arrows . This is VV's #99 overlaid on top of GPs [dates-aligned].

Which attribution service are you trying to compare to?. VV, CC, or DD?

I'm guessing the markers are showing up for either variety on your coin?
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

I looked through VV and coppercoins.com . First do you think it's a RPM? If it's not a RPM then of course I won't be able to find It. It looked definitive to me. Sometimes the pictures aren't good enough for me to find them, I am still inexperienced.
