Note the reverse rim affected area is showing a raised above the rim and the edge looks affected as well. So as mentioned, it is just damage to the coin.

Near Go seem to be a material separation. Flip over the coin show a line like a crack in material, look like but hard to say from the photo. Over N in Unum the photo is not clear without close-up and is outside of the observe place.
