on this other 1964 D nickel is this considered a Cud or a die chip and is it possible for them to be doubled is the word monticello doubled as well or do all 64 nickels look like that

That mark is incuse on the rim so it is has taken a hit causing damage.
Don't see any Doubling on Monticello.

the one on the rim is indented amd the one on the reverse it looks raised to me with the jeweler's loupe but I'm not a 100 percent for sure

@pris, all of the marks on this nickel seem most easily explained by normal circulation wear, including the rim bruise on the obv, displaced metal by the corner of Monticello, and marks at the bottom of the letter E in MONTICELLO.

Both obverse and reverse seems like normal wear and ding damaged.

99% of the time, incuse marks into a coin as just coin damage. Only 1% of the time is it a mint error. Coins take more hits than the bumper cars did back in the day.

I think the image was from 1952. So it is not a current park anymore.
