Hoping you all are doing good, I found this penny and I was looking at the day, but I decided to take a pic then find out something is going on with this, so do you think this is doubled ear? Your acknowledges will be appreciated. Thank you!

Would need a closer picture of Abe's ear lobe. Probably just PMD. Something hit his ear lobe.

If the mark you are looking at is incuse, then it is coin contact from another coin. A doubled ear would show a raised lobe and be larger is they over lapped. This is just coin damage on that area.
