ok ni have another one for you all I have a 1999 P nickel I think its got doubling all over it specially the mint mark and year there is a few more all over the coin like is the chin doubled and the front of his jacket god is really strong as well is it doubling or an md

yes, that date and mint mark look doubled, DDD and/or MD

It is Machine Doubling, a worthless type of doubling.

It is actually both extreme die wear and Machine Doubling. Die wear on on the side facing the rims. MD on the date and mintmark area on the left side of the devices.
