It wouldn't surprise me if they gave this coin a 65rd. But spotty, but nearly all 24d are, and it appears to be more red than most red examples I have seen.
That being said, I hate the eye appeal of most 24d Lincolns.

Very nice example, these are generally so bad. The TPG's have a soft spot for them IMO. 64RD PCGS 65
